ALL SALES ARE FINAL, ANYTHING PERSONALISED CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted unless item/s have arrived faulty or damaged. Contact is required within 48 hours after receiving the faulty or damaged item. It is at KayMayd discretions whether a replacement will be sent, the cost of the product is refunded, or a store credit is provided. Before making a decision, all faulty & damaged items must be returned in its original condition (unused & unopened). A decision will be made upon receiving the goods and you will be notified.

REFUNDS:
We do not offer a refund for change of mind or once any personalisation has been printed & applied. If we have agreed to refund your order, a 5% admin fee will be charged. If a refund is accepted upon personalisation being printed however not applied, a further 5% fee (on top of the 5% admin fee) will be deducted to cover the costs of the personalisation materials used.

DAMAGED/FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS:
In the event of items damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving and retain all packaging and items. You will be required to bring them into a post office for damage assessment and claim. A refund or replacement will not be provided until a case number from Australia Post has been provided. In the event of missing items from your order, please notify KayMayd within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will review your claim.

KayMayd is not liable for items damaged due to customer’s error. A refund or replacement will not be provided should this be the case.

SHIPPING:
All packages are sent with Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post). A notification upon being shipped will be sent.

DELIVERY:
Delivery is available to Canberra (ACT) and the surrounding suburbs, this will cost the same amount as shipping, as paid for through your order.

RETURN TO SENDER:
In the event that a parcel is not picked up from the post office in a timely manner or if the wrong address was provided and the parcel is returned to sender, a fee of $10.44 (charged by auspost) will be applicable to your refund, on top of the refund charges stated in “Refunds” above. If you would like your parcel resent, you will be charged the return to sender fee + new delivery cost.

PROCESSING TIME:
Upon receiving your order, I will be in contact with you to discuss your design and colour options. Upon the final design being agreed upon, your order will be printed & processed. Please allow this process to take up to 5-7 business days. This includes pick up and Express Post orders.
